About our Founder
From Fortune 500 boardrooms to a sacred movement for women evolving.
For more than 25 years, Kim Senter built a remarkable career with leading companies including Johnson & Johnson, Samsung Electronics America, and Unilever. Known for her sharp instinct in consumer insights and strategy, she helped turn deep understanding into meaningful growth for some of the world’s most recognized and iconic brands.
But Kim’s greatest insight came from life itself: too many women are carrying burnout, reinvention, caregiving, and change without the support they deserve. That realization, paired with her own pause-to-pivot moment, became the spark behind Sacred Konnections.
She founded Sacred Konnections to create a space where women navigating life transitions could find more than encouragement. They could find strategy, community, and a clear path forward. At the heart of her work is The SACRED Method, her signature framework for helping women move through change with clarity, confidence, and community.
